Job Summary:
Stratify Technologies LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development within the technology sector and a valid UAE driving license. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market Research & Strategy:
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, emerging trends, and opportunities in the technology sector.
• Develop and execute effective business development strategies to achieve company goals.
• Lead Generation & Networking:
• Generate leads through various channels including cold calls, networking events, and online research.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
• Client Acquisition & Retention:
• Establish relationships with key decision-makers to secure new business.
• Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
• Ensure excellent client service and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Sales & Revenue Growth:
• Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and upselling additional services.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with company objectives.
• Collaboration & Reporting:
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, and operations) to develop customized solutions for clients.
• Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and achievements.
Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in business development within the technology industry (software, IT solutions, etc.).
• Strong understanding of technology products and services, including software development, web solutions, and IT services.
• Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with CRM tools and business development software.
• Ability to identify and capitalize on emerging market trends.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
