As a Business Development Executive of Banking in payment solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and fostering strategic partnerships within the financial services industry. This leadership position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of payment technologies, and banking solutions, and a proven track record of successful Bank manager.
Responsibilities:
Co- coordinating with the BANKS and checking the payment services that they use.
Engage with key stakeholders, including executives, clients, and industry influencers, to build and maintain strong relationships.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Identify new market opportunities and trends in the payment solutions and banking sectors.
Maintain an intimate understanding of the payments industry and the competition to quickly identify opportunities and threats
Responsible for driving new category Activations of bank products
Build relationships and operating rhythms with members inside and outside the core banking Business
Manage end-to-end implementation projects related to Core Banking, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and client requirements.
Establishing and maintaining a good relationship with new and existing customers and bank communities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or any related to banking sector
Proven experience in Banking related leadership role in the payment service and banking industry.
Strong understanding of payment technologies, banking operations, and financial services.
Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing high-value deals and partnerships.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of Digital business & payment solutions
Good understanding of Payment Products and business
7+ years of related experience in the industry (Banking Services Partners) - related role such as technical support, product management or product development type roles with exposure to marketing.
Mandatory Background:
7+ years of work experience in sales and business development
Must ready to go for the business trips and meetings
Relationship with NPCI background is added advantage
Must have work experience in Axis, ICICI , Yes bank, IDFC, HDFC, SBI bank, etc. or powerful relationship with any of these banks.
