Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in business development, particularly within the corporate services sector, with a strong focus on company formation in the UAE. This role will be instrumental in expanding our client base and driving growth in our service offerings.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
• Identify and engage potential clients seeking company formation services in the UAE.
• Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and business seminars to promote company services.
• Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
• Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and business seminars to promote company services.
• Stay updated on UAE regulations and business landscape to provide informed advice to clients.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in a corporate service provider setting.
• Proven track record of successfully generating leads and closing deals.
• Strong understanding of the company formation process and business regulations in the UAE.
• Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Neat, well-groomed appearance.
• A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
