Job Description

As a Business Development Executive (Sales), you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence in Dubai. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and execute plans to increase revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and business leads.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and targets.
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to secure new business.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Address and resolve client concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct research to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to inform sales strategies.

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback and insights on customer needs and market demands.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to clients.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business development efforts.
• Track and report on sales performance against targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Relevant certifications or courses in sales and business development are a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience in business development (sales), preferably within a Real Estate Company.

Skills:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the Dubai market and business environment is highly desirable.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
