Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executive to join our sales and marketing team at a leading holiday home rental company in Dubai. This role is essential for expanding our client base, enhancing brand visibility, and maximizing revenue opportunities within the competitive holiday rental market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences in the holiday rental sector.
• Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies through networking, referrals, and participation in industry events.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and corporate clients to drive business growth.
• Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Proposal and Contract Management: Prepare and present tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful onboarding of new clients.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, analyzing key metrics to optimize strategies and achieve sales targets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the hospitality or real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of the holiday home rental market and associated sales processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
