Prophunters is seeking a proactive and organized

Business Development Executive - Real Estate Listings

to join our team. This role involves making outbound calls to property owners to acquire listings for rent and sale, maintaining an up-to-date inventory sheet for agents, and tracking property availability. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of the real estate market.

Responsibilities

Make

outbound calls

to property owners to secure listings for rent and sale. Build and maintain relationships with property owners for future listings. Create and maintain an

inventory sheet

for agents, ensuring accurate and updated property details. Keep track of property availability and update the database when properties become available for sale or rent. Coordinate with the sales and leasing teams to ensure smooth property transactions. Maintain accurate records of owner interactions and property listings in the CRM system. Stay updated with market trends to identify potential listing opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate outbound calling or property coordination.

Strong understanding of the

real estate market, rental, and sales processes.

Excellent communication skills

in English (additional languages are a plus). Ability to

negotiate

and

persuade

individuals to engage in real estate opportunities. Experience in maintaining and managing

inventory sheets

and property databases. Proficiency in

CRM software and MS Excel

for tracking property listings.

Detail-oriented

with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
