We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) specializing in project sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling projects for hotels, residential buildings, villas specifically in selling flooring, curtains, carpets, and furniture.

Responsibilities:

- Manage hotels, residential buildings, villas projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, interior designers, and architects.

- Lead project sales efforts, including negotiations, presentations, and closing deals.

- Oversee payment collection, ensuring all payments are collected on time.

- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive client relationship.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

- 4-5 years of experience in project sales, specifically in the hospitality sector.

- Strong network and contacts with contractors, interior designers, and architects.

- Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish.

- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.

- Positive personality with a sincere and dedicated approach to the job.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
