Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets increase market share in the pest control industry.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and industrial.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Conduct detailed market research to identify potential customers and competitors in the region.
• Present and promote pest control services to potential clients through direct meetings, phone calls, emails, and presentations.
• Prepare and deliver customized proposals, negotiations, and contracts based on client needs.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to stay updated on market trends and identify potential leads.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies during sales activities.
• Mentor and support junior sales staff, providing guidance and training as necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in the pest control industry (preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license and own transportation preferred.
• Knowledge of the UAE market and pest control industry regulations.
