Job Description

Negotiate contracts to secure the best deals for both the client and the organization.

Proactively seek new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media channels.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to drive optimal results and achieve company goals

Client meetings: Set up regular meetings with prospective clients to build relationships and understand their needs

Maintain continuous interaction with clients to gather timely Invoice payment, feedback on sourced profiles and update the team accordingly

Recruitment handover: Once the agreement is signed, ensure a smooth one-on-one recruitment handover with the recruiter

Regularly update the ATS software

Build a recruitment team if necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
