Job Title: Business Development Executive (Security & Cleaning Department)

Position Overview:

The Business Development Executive for the Security & Cleaning Department is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote security and cleaning services. This role involves market research, lead generation, brand positioning, and client relationship management to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.

Create marketing campaigns tailored for security and cleaning services.

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.

Establish pricing strategies in collaboration with the sales and finance teams.

2. Business Development & Lead Generation:

Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and digital marketing efforts.

Develop relationships with corporate clients, government institutions, and facility management companies.

Prepare and present business proposals, bids, and contracts to potential clients.

3. Branding & Communication:

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and platforms.

Oversee the creation of promotional materials, brochures, and digital content.

Manage social media, website updates, and online marketing campaigns.

Coordinate with the PR team to enhance the company's public image.

4. Client Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Address client concerns and implement service improvement strategies.

Conduct client meetings and gather feedback for service enhancement.

5. Performance Analysis & Reporting:

Track marketing performance and prepare reports for management.

Analyze key metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on data insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in security or facility management services.

Strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales strategies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the security and cleaning industry.

Knowledge of contract bidding and tendering processes.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
