Q2FM Futuristic Marketing is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (Male) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to our growth strategy in the digital marketing space.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and approach potential clients through networking, cold calling, and client visits.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
• Present and promote digital marketing solutions, including SEO, social media management, and paid advertising.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align business development efforts with promotional activities and campaigns.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in English and Arabic language is mandatory
• Must have a valid UAE driving license.
