The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Business Development Executive with a focus on the lighting industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in the lighting sector and possess a strong network of architects, interior designers, and other key end users. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and other key stakeholders. - Identify and target potential clients, including designers, architects, and end users, both within and outside of Abu Dhabi. - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. - Present and promote lighting products and solutions to clients in a professional and compelling manner. - Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. - Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop effective strategies and campaigns. - Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.



Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the lighting or related industry. - Strong understanding of lighting products and market dynamics. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
