Job Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships through face-to-face meetings, facilitating provider networking events and support
Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making sales forecasts.
Conducting sales calls, and evaluating results and effectiveness of sales activity.
Prospect, identify, qualify, quantify and prioritize all potential referral sources.
Support business development activities and help establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.
Identify new business development opportunities in strategically defined markets, and sectors with the purpose of strengthening care coordination of clinical services and with the purpose of building comprehensive strategies that address consumer needs.
Represent the company by providing excellent customer service both internally and externally.
Leverage data and analytics from CRM, to grow existing and new referring relationships in the local healthcare market
Analyze referral data to track and respond to trends, sharing insights and market intelligence with clinical leaders
Tracks marketing initiatives and prepares status reports and business development leadership review
