Position Overview:
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This part-time role offers the potential to transition into a full-time, on-site position for candidates who demonstrate exceptional performance in securing IT consulting projects in the competitive American market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT consulting, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation and Prospecting:
• Identify potential clients in the American market, with a focus on Fortune 1000 companies.
• Utilize tools like Lusha and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate and qualify leads.
• Research and build a robust database of decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, Directors) in target industries.
• Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
• Initiate contact with prospective clients via email, phone, and professional networking platforms.
• Schedule and conduct meetings to understand client needs and present ImpTrax's IT consulting solutions.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business.
• Proposal Development and Negotiation:
• Collaborate with technical teams to create customized proposals that align with client requirements.
• Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing to close deals successfully.
• Ensure all proposals adhere to ImpTrax's quality and transparency standards.
• Market Analysis and Strategy:
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities in IT consulting.
• Provide insights and feedback to refine ImpTrax's service offerings and market strategies.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and outcomes using CRM tools such as Vtiger.
• Prepare regular reports on sales progress, market feedback, and growth opportunities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, preferably in the IT consulting or software development industry.
• Strong knowledge of the American market and its business landscape.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
