Sales Executive - IT

to join our team. As a valued member of our Sales team, you will play a key role in driving revenue and fostering client relationships. This position is instrumental in expanding the company's market reach, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets. Network with existing clients to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up calls. Cold-call potential clients to create interest in products & services and generate new business leads. Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their requirements and concerns. Provide expert advice and recommendations on a wide range of computer products, including laptops, desktops, peripherals, and accessories. Provide technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of computer systems and networks, both before and after the sale. Maintain product knowledge to stay updated with the latest technological advancements. Understand customers' diverse, specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet those needs. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints and/or objections.

Requirements:

3-5 years' UAE Sales experience in IT hardware and peripherals. Intricate knowledge of IT hardware, software, and peripherals. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for Sales. Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude. Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, etc.) are an advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
