To bring sales and develop the business of STYRO for the Creative and Specialty Department in the UAE market with new business ideas and new fresh sales approach. Strategic thinking is required to develop the business of Creative & Specialty Department of STYRO to allow selling products and systems to types of industries like events, productions, weddings, interiors and fit outs projects, shopping malls projects and decoration projects and hotel events.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Identifies and explores new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers.
• Brings/ introduces new leads from your existing customer database.
• Generates sales to achieve maximum profitability against annual sales targets.
• Maintains accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular forecasts to enable effective planning for the constant improvement of sales.
• Conducts continuous research on the target market and finding the companies to target.
• Reaches the sales target with time of 3 months.
• Delivers a skilled sales pitch to potential clients, either by phone or in person, to secure upcoming sales.
• Shows continuous progress towards reaching the targets and KPI's set by the management.
• Maintains stable relationship with key customers, suppliers, and other relevant subjects to ensure maximum sales.
• Monitors customer's compliance by monitoring service level agreements (SLA's), customer complaints, inquiries, and any other related customer issues.
• Submits daily reports to provide continuous updates to the management.
• Develops technical and sales skills to improve the knowledge and adapt the services and products by the company in a timely manner.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required to fulfill the job function or as assigned.
Qualifications:
• At least 2-3 years either of the following fields in Interior/Exterior Design, Interior Fit out/Contracting , Architecture, Advertising and Marketing in Dubai and Northern Emirates
• Bachelors degree. Preferably Interior Design, Architecture, Advertising, Marketing, Communication Arts
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Strategic and creative thinking is highly recommended for this position
• Good negotiation skills and excellent contract closing skills
• Female
• Arabic speaking
• With UAE driving license is a must.
