Build Mode Industries FZ-LLC is looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team! If you have experience in UAE real estate, a passion for sales, and a talent for building client relationships, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, and securing projects in the interior fit-out sector, covering residential, F&B, retail, and commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with potential clients, architects, and designers Conduct market research and attend site visits to explore business opportunities Organize office/factory visits for prospective clients to showcase our capabilities Develop proposals and presentations tailored to client needs Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business

What We're Looking For:

Minimum experience in UAE real estate market is required - Apply only if you meet this criteria

Experience in business development, sales, or client relations in the interior fit-out industry Strong network within real estate developers, architects, designers, and contractors Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven approach Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings
