We are looking for Business Development Executive for Interior Contracting, Fit-out works .

With good knowledge of Interior works that includes Fit-Out, MEP, Joinery, Soft Furnishing and good product knowledge of all materials.

Good clientele and very strong personality in approaching clients and close deals.

Key Responsibilities :

-Identify and generate new business opportunities in the interiors/fit-out sector.

- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and interior designers.

- Present our services and products to potential clients.

- Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.

- Attend industry events and network to expand market reach.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Skills :

-Strong knowledge of interior design/fit-out materials and products.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

- Strong networking skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• business development executive: 2 years (Required)
• Business Developments: 2 years (Required)

Language:

• Arabic, English and other languages to advantage.

License/Certification:

• Driving License (Required)
