The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the healthcare industry and a proven track record in business development, lead generation, and P&L involvement. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, meeting potential clients in person, and contributing to the company\'s overall profitability. Experience in Continuing Medical Education (CME) Handling is essential. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Hunting and Farming new business opportunities within the healthcare industry.
Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with Stakeholders and decision-makers to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
P&L Management: Involvement in profit and loss management to ensure the financial growth of the business unit.
Continuing Medical Education (CME): Leverage experience in CME to develop and expand educational programs and partnerships.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing Clients including to retaining them and regenerating more business.
Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development within the healthcare industry.
Must be able to speak Native Arabic
Exposure to CMEs Events and conferences will be added advantage
Demonstrated experience in lead generation and successfully closing deals.
Strong understanding of the healthcare market in Dubai and the wider GCC region.
Proven track record in P&L management.
Experience with Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and business opportunities.
