Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on XRF sales within the gold machine manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly within the gold industry or related sectors. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and cultivating relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and identify potential clients within the gold industry, including refineries, mining companies, and precious metal manufacturers.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities.
4. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to support sales efforts.
5. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients.
6. Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.
7. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to management.
8. Stay up-to-date on advancements in XRF technology and industry regulations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
2. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the gold industry or related sectors.
3. Strong understanding of XRF technology and its applications within the gold refining process.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
5. Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
6. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
7. Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth.
8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
9. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
