We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and drive growth in our business.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales in the field of Lighting Systems and MEP Electrical Fitout Works. You will be a key player in expanding our market presence, promoting our services, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales and Business Development:

Identify and target new business opportunities within the lighting systems and MEP electrical fitout sectors. Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, architects, contractors, and consultants. Generate leads, create proposals, and close sales to meet monthly and annual sales targets. Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs. Stay updated on the latest technologies and innovations in lighting systems and MEP electrical services.

Project Support:

Assist in the preparation of project cost estimates, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with the technical and operations teams. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and vendors.

Relationship Management:

Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring excellent client satisfaction and repeat business. Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums to build the company's presence.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in business development or sales within the lighting systems, MEP electrical, or construction industry (minimum 2-3 years). Strong understanding of MEP fitout works, lighting systems, and electrical services. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development.

Skills:



Strong sales and negotiation skills. Technical knowledge of lighting systems, MEP electrical, and fitout works. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Preferred:



Existing network of clients and contractors in the MEP or lighting industry.
