Glidai Holiday Homes is a leading provider of luxury holiday home rental services in Dubai. We specialize in managing properties for homeowners, offering tailored furnishing packages, and providing exceptional stays for guests.

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive / Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will focus on setting up meetings with property owners to onboard their properties into our portfolio. This is a high-potential role offering lucrative earning opportunities through commissions on multiple revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up meetings with property owners using company-provided leads and self-generated leads.
• Promote our services to property owners, including property management, furnishing packages, and rental solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to maximize lead conversion.
• Generate additional leads through networking and personal efforts to earn higher commissions.
• Work towards achieving monthly targets for client onboarding.

What We Offer:

• Base Salary: AED 4,000/month.
• Commission Structure:
• Higher commission rates for self-generated leads.
• Commissions earned from:
• Onboarding property owners.
• Selling furnishing packages.
• Securing guest bookings for holiday homes.
• Visa: Full visa provided by the company.
• Leads: Ready leads from digital marketing efforts.
• Earning Potential: AED 10,000-15,000/month or more with successful lead conversions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a holiday home company.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Proven ability to build rapport with property owners.
