Job Description

An experienced Business Development Executive with background in FM is required for a facilities management company in Abu Dhabi.

Job Summary:

As a Business Development Executive at the leading facilities management company in Abu Dhabi, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a deep understanding of facilities management, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's facilities management services.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
3. Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
4. Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and service offerings to potential clients.
5. Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competition, and emerging client needs.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to align services with client requirements and deliver on agreements.
7. Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms that align with company goals.
8. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

9. Ability to register the company as a registered vendor with other private and govt. companies.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Facilities Management, or related field.
2. Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably within the facilities management industry.
3. Strong understanding of facilities management services, industry practices, and market dynamics.
4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
5. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
