Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, acquiring new clients, and expanding business opportunities in the hospitality, catering, and F&B sectors . This role requires a proactive approach to identifying market trends, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring revenue targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
1\. Sales & Business Growth:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the hospitality, catering, and F&B sectors.
• Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies .
• Develop sales strategies and business plans to expand the client base.
• Build strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, hotels, restaurants, and government entities .
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and client visits.
2\. Client Relationship Management:
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide customized hospitality & catering solutions .
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
3\. Negotiation & Contract Management:
• Prepare and present sales proposals, pitches, and service agreements .
• Negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing, and terms of service with clients.
• Work closely with operations and finance teams to ensure seamless contract execution.
4\. Brand Positioning & Marketing Collaboration:
• Work with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings .
• Suggest innovative ideas for business expansion and brand positioning .
5\. Reporting & Performance Tracking:
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs .
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis .
• Track and analyze sales performance and market growth trends .
Qualifications & Skills:Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 3\+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in hospitality, catering, or F&B .
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets .
• Experience in B2B sales, corporate catering, and government contracts is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop business strategies .
• Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking tools .
• Valid UAE driver's license (preferred).
