Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (Female) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in business development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building client relationships in the interior design and fit-out industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Identify and target potential clients in the retail, hospitality, and office sectors.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Sales & Marketing:
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
Present company services and solutions effectively to clients.
Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations.
Market Research:
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the interior design and build industry.
Coordination & Reporting:
Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Maintain accurate records of sales, activities, and client communications.
Networking:
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote .
Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations (preferably in the interior design or construction industry).
Fluent in English (mandatory); proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional demeanor with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
