osition: Business Development Executive (Female) - Interior Design
Location: Dubai
Reports to: CEO Responsibilities:

Client acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in the interior design industry. Develop strategies to attract new clients and expand the customer base.
Relationship building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, and other industry professionals.
Market research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities. Use this information to develop business strategies.
Sales strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company\'s services.
Proposal writing: Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and quotations to potential clients.
Project coordination: Work closely with the design team to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to close deals and maximize profitability.
Client management: Ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, including pipelines, forecasts, and sales performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, interior design, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in the interior design industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and sales skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
