We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive specializing in Feasibility Studies and Market Research to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in conducting thorough feasibility studies and market research, identifying business opportunities, and fostering strategic partnerships to drive growth and expansion initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies to assess the viability of potential business ventures and projects in various industries.
Perform in-depth market research, including competitor analysis, market trends, customer preferences, and regulatory requirements to identify key opportunities and risks.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant data and insights, and utilize various research methodologies and tools to analyze findings.
Develop strategic business plans and recommendations based on feasibility studies and market research to support decision-making processes.
Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and investment prospects aligned with the companys objectives and growth strategy.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry experts, government agencies, and partners to facilitate business development initiatives.
Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals to clients, management, and stakeholders, showcasing insights, recommendations, and value propositions.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to anticipate market changes and capitalize on new opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to implement business development strategies and achieve targets.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development activities, track key metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement and success.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
Proven experience (4 years) in business development, feasibility studies, and market research, preferably in Qatar or the MENA region.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present complex data effectively.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities, develop actionable plans, and drive results.
Entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and market research tools/software.
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
Qatar driving license and willingness to travel as required.
