Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the facility management sector
• Support the Business Development Manager in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients
• Help prepare proposals and presentations that clearly outline our facility management services
• Attend industry events and networking functions to promote our services and build professional connections
• Monitor client feedback and assist in maintaining client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions in the CRM system
• Support the preparation of reports on business development activities and progress towards targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Facility Management, or related field
• Experience in a business development role, preferably within facility management or a related industry
• Basic knowledge of facility management services and market trends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Driving License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
