We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and market trends within the facilities management sector.
• Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
• Proposal Development: Prepare and present tailored proposals to prospective clients, highlighting our services and value propositions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations and marketing, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
• Sales Goals: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
• Industry Networking: Attend industry conferences and networking events to promote our services and establish connections with potential clients.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, market insights, and competitive landscape to management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the facilities management industry.
• Strong understanding of facilities management services and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• UAE work experience is must.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting sales goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
