We are a team specialize in Facilities Services, Interior Fit-out and Technical Services for all range of commercial, industrial, and domestic spheres, with a special knowledge as relates to the commercial and industrial fields.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients/customers, and driving growth for the company.

Responsibilities:

Research and identify new business opportunities in Facilities Services, Interior Fit-outs, Commercial Cleaning Services and Building Maintenance Services in the market.

Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients/customers

Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients/customers

Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients/customers

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients/customers

Track and report on sales performance and KPIs

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Proven track record of success in business development or sales role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent negotiation and presentation skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

UAE Drivers License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
