Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in sales to educational institutions such as universities, colleges, libraries, and ministries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in education sales, with experience in learning, library, and enterprise technology solutions. Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills are considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in universities, colleges, ministries, and libraries.
Identify and target potential clients within the education sector to drive sales growth.
Present and demonstrate products or services to clients, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
Education Qualification:
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Science discipline, preferably with a computer science/software background. A Postgraduate degree is desirable and will be considered an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar sales role within the education sector, with a proven track record of success.
Language: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in any other language is a plus.
Skills:

o Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
o Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a dynamic approach to sales.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Strong organizational and time management skills.
Valid Driving License and car.
Willingness to travel as required
Willingness to extensively engage in field sales.
Desired Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in selling learning, library, and EdTech solutions and / or enterprise technology solutions. The candidate must possess strong technical knowledge, enabling them to understand and effectively communicate the technical aspects of the products and services offered. The ability to navigate complex sales processes and build relationships with key stakeholders in educational institutions and corporate environments is essential. The candidate should be dynamic, self-motivated, and capable of working independently to achieve sales targets.
