o Conduct market research to identify potential leads within the IT services industry.
o Initiate outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to engage prospects.
o Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and identify opportunities for further engagement.
o Client Outreach & Relationship Building:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
o Set up meetings with potential clients, follow up on initial contacts, and ensure consistent communication.
o Assist in managing and tracking interactions through CRM tools and ensure all information is accurately logged.
o Pre-Sales Support:
o Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral to support the sales team.
o Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that all client requirements are properly understood and addressed.
o Help identify client needs and work closely with senior business development or sales executives to tailor solutions.
o Marketing Support:
o Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in running campaigns, webinars, and other promotional activities.
o Provide insights into market trends and customer feedback to help shape marketing strategies.
o Reporting & Analytics:
o Regularly report on lead generation, meetings, and outreach efforts.
o Track performance against targets and suggest improvements for better outcomes.
