Job Summary:



We are looking for a

Business Development Executive

to expand our workshop's customer base and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and develop strategies to promote workshop services. This role requires a

blend of sales, marketing, and customer service skills

to enhance the profitability and reputation of our workshop.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement

business growth strategies

to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Identify

potential corporate clients, fleet owners, insurance companies, and partnerships

to increase workshop revenue. Promote workshop services such as

vehicle maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, and fleet servicing

. Build and maintain strong relationships with

customers, suppliers, and industry partners

. Conduct market research to identify

trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities

. Coordinate with the

service team

to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently. Prepare and present

sales proposals, quotations, and service agreements

. Work towards achieving

monthly and yearly sales targets

. Attend

automotive industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities

to generate leads. Ensure customer satisfaction and handle

feedback, complaints, and inquiries professionally

.

Requirements:



Proven experience in

business development, sales, or marketing

, preferably in an

automotive workshop, dealership, or service center

. Strong understanding of

automotive services, maintenance, and repair solutions

. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

. Ability to work

independently and achieve sales targets

. Proficiency in

CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools

. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. Valid

driver's license

(if required for client visits).

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience in

B2B sales or fleet service business development

. Knowledge of

automotive aftersales, warranty services, and insurance claims

. Prior experience in a

workshop, rent-a-car company, or auto service provider

.
