We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Business Development Executive with a strong background in EdTech to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth by developing relationships with schools, educational institutions, and parents. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and sales skills, who can effectively represent our brand and expand our reach in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:



Research, identify, and pursue potential partnerships with schools, educational organizations, and community groups to promote our robotics and coding programs.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop targeted business strategies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school administrators, teachers, and parents.

Present our educational offerings to prospective clients and partners through meetings, presentations, and workshops.

Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets by enrolling students in courses

Organize and participate in workshops, webinars, and events to promote our programs and increase brand visibility.

Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the EdTech or education industry.

Strong understanding of the education and training sector, particularly in STEM-related fields (robotics, coding, and technology).

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

Willingness to travel for school visits and client meetings.
