Job Summary

:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Farwell & Gervase. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with property owners, and expanding our portfolio of short-term rental properties. You will also play a key role in driving revenue growth and ensuring long-term partnerships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

:

Lead Generation & Market Expansion

: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the short-term rental market, including reaching out to potential property owners, developers, and investors.

Relationship Management

: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they experience excellent service.

Sales & Negotiations

: Present Farwell & Gervase's offerings to potential clients, negotiate terms, and close deals.

Market Research

: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and local market dynamics to continuously refine sales strategies.

Collaboration

: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and property management teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.

Reporting

: Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and customer feedback to senior management.

Client Retention

: Develop strategies to enhance client retention and loyalty, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.

Brand Ambassador

: Represent Farwell & Gervase at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings to promote the brand and its services.

Key Requirements

:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the holiday homes industry is a must. Strong understanding of the Dubai short-term rental market or property management industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack and PMS. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus. A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
