Business Development Executive

to drive unit acquisitions, build relationships with property owners, and contribute to our expansion.

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new property owners to our holiday home platform. Meet a monthly target of

at least 10 new units

, with tiered incentives for higher performance. Negotiate contracts and manage owner relations to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Maintain accurate records of contracts, unit listings, and revenue data. Develop strategic partnerships to expand our market reach. Ensure units are listed and live before incentives are paid out.

Incentive & Compensation Structure:

Competitive fixed salary

with a tiered commission structure.

Incentives start at 4+ units per month

, with higher earnings for self-generated leads.

Agent-referred leads

What We're Looking For:

? Strong sales and negotiation skills.
