We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and establishing strong business relationships. As a key player in our team, you will lead initiatives to engage with business partners, bring in new clients, and build opportunities that drive the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and foster partnerships that expand our business. Proactively seek and generate new leads to build a strong pipeline of clients. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers. Drive the execution of targeted strategies for client acquisition and market expansion. Analyze market trends and adapt strategies to ensure the company stays competitive. Arrange and lead business meetings with prospective clients to close deals. Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Qualifications:

Must have prior experience in an Engineering Consultancy.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles in an

engineering consultancy.

Strong track record in client acquisition and lead generation. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders. Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset. Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a significant advantage. Experience in enterprise architecture or related fields is a plus.
