to drive revenue growth, acquire new corporate clients, and enhance patient engagement. The role involves building strong relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting healthcare services to increase patient volume and clinic revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Growth & Client Acquisition
Identify and develop
new business opportunities
by targeting corporate clients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
corporate partners
to drive patient referrals.
Work towards achieving
monthly and annual revenue targets
for clinic services.
Conduct market research to identify
new opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities
.
2. Sales & Revenue Generation
Promote
corporate healthcare packages
to companies and organizations in Al Quoz and surrounding areas.
Convert
corporate leads into long-term business partnerships
.
Meet
monthly targets
for new patient referrals and revenue generation.
Ensure
proper follow-up with potential and existing clients
to enhance engagement and retention.
3. Relationship Management & Corporate Engagement
Schedule and attend
meetings with corporate HR departments
to present ZMC's healthcare services.
Maintain strong
communication and engagement with corporate clients
to ensure satisfaction and continued partnerships.
Collaborate with the
Marketing and Operations teams
to develop strategies for business growth.
Represent ZMC Clinic at
networking events, exhibitions, and corporate wellness programs
.
4. Patient Referral & Retention Strategy
Develop initiatives to
increase patient referrals from corporate clients and other sources
.
Work closely with the clinic team to ensure a
smooth onboarding experience for referred patients
.
Maintain a
minimum of 80% retention rate
for corporate-referred patients.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Maintain accurate
records of leads, corporate clients, and revenue generated
.
Submit
weekly and monthly reports
to the management on performance and business growth.
Track the
return on investment (ROI) of business development efforts
and propose strategies for improvement.
Key Requirements:

Experience:
Minimum
2-3 years
of experience in business development, sales, or corporate healthcare services.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field
.

Industry Knowledge:
Experience in
healthcare, clinics, hospitals, or insurance
is highly preferred.
