Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth by acquiring new clients, building relationships, and increasing sales through various strategies, including direct client meetings, outreach, and networking.

Key Responsibilities:



Client Acquisition:

Proactively identify and target new business opportunities. Research potential clients, understand their needs, and tailor solutions to meet those needs. Reach out to prospects through cold calls, emails, and other lead generation techniques.

Client Meetings:

Organize and conduct meetings with potential and existing clients to establish and maintain relationships. Present products and services to clients in a clear and persuasive manner. Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions. Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

Sales and Revenue Growth

. Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute campaigns. Provide feedback from clients and prospects to help refine products and services. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and solutions to clients.

Relationship Management:

Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns. Act as the main point of contact for all client-related issues and support.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status. Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. Use CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales progress.

Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, knowledge in Arabic will be a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Compensation:



Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives.

Pay: AED1,900.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
