We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Business Development Executive

to join our team at TIMS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to the growth of our management education programs.

Key Responsibilities

:

Market Expansion

: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the education sector, focusing on management programs.

Client Relationship Management

: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including corporate partners, educational institutions, and individual learners.

Sales Strategy Development

: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve enrollment targets and revenue growth.

Lead Generation

: Generate and manage leads through direct sales efforts, networking, and industry events.

Proposal Preparation

: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Negotiation and Closing

: Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both parties.

Market Analysis

: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Collaboration

: Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of programs and services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

:

Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Proven experience (1-3 years) in business development or sales, preferably in the education or training sector. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships. Demonstrated success in driving sales and meeting/exceeding targets. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
