Business Development Executives to join our team on a

commission-only

basis. This role offers a unique opportunity to

Job Summary:



As a

Business Development Executive

, you will be responsible for

sourcing new business opportunities

, building relationships with investors and property buyers, and driving revenue growth. If you have an

existing network of investors or property buyers

, that will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Prospecting

- Identify, contact, and engage potential property investors and buyers.

Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Market Research

- Stay informed about Dubai's real estate trends, pricing, and competitor strategies.

Requirements:



Experience:

Minimum

3 years

in business development, sales, or real estate in Dubai.

Proven Success:

Track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.

Network:

Having an

existing network of investors or buyers

in Dubai is

highly preferred

.

Skills:

Excellent

communication, negotiation, and presentation

abilities.

Independence:

Self-motivated and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

Tech-Savvy:

Proficiency in

MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools

.

Visa Requirements:

Valid UAE

residence visa

(freelance or employment visa with NOC).

Compensation:



Commission-Based

- Competitive commission rates based on deal size.

Payment Terms

- Commissions are paid upon

client payment receipt

as per agreed terms.
