Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and self-starting

Business Development Executive

to join our team in

victualling services

for ships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth within the maritime sector by identifying and pursuing new opportunities. A proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships, along with a strong understanding of victualling services for ships, is key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate relationships with shipping companies, cruise lines, and maritime operators to promote our victualling services. Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence. Collaborate with operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction. Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competition. Prepare and present compelling proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms that align with company objectives. Monitor and address client satisfaction concerns to maintain strong relationships. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Maritime Studies, or related field. Proven experience in business development or sales within hospitality, maritime, or logistics industries. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of the shipping industry, vessel operations, and industry dynamics. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and presentation tools. Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
