We are a dynamic and rapidly Growing Exhibition and Events Management Company dedicated to providing innovative products and services to our clients. We are looking for a results-driven and motivated

sales Business Development Executive

to join our expanding sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and contact potential clients via phone, email, and social media platforms to generate new business opportunities.



Sales & Revenue Growth: Promote our products/services to prospects, qualify leads, and close sales.

Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.



Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to better address client needs.



Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to help refine lead generation strategies and optimize sales efforts.



Qualifications:

Proven experience in tele sales, business development, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.



Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.

Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of [industry-specific details, e.g., tech, finance, etc.] would be a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or business development are a plus.

Salary:

2500 to 4500 AED per/month,

Commission:
