Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Executive with 2-5 years of experience in the manpower industry to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the staffing or manpower sector, with a focus on white-collar roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the manpower outsourcing sector, including potential clients and markets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. Achieve and exceed sales targets and business objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in business development within the manpower or staffing industry in the UAE. Strong understanding of the UAE market and labor laws. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
