The candidate will identify new clients, build strong relationships, and close deals in sectors like hospitality, corporate offices, real estate, and retail.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Market Expansion
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the hospitality, corporate, real estate, and retail sectors.
Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and procurement managers.
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase brand visibility and revenue.
Sales & Negotiation
Present tailored solutions to potential clients based on their needs.
Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring profitable deals.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
Offer customized solutions based on client requirements.
Work closely with the design and production teams to align sales with production capabilities.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Monitor industry trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
Suggest new chair designs and material innovations based on market demand.
Collaboration with Marketing & Operations
Support the marketing team in digital campaigns and brand promotions.
Work with the production team to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance.
Requirements
Experience in B2B sales, interior fit-out, joinery, or furniture industry.
Strong network with architects, contractors, project managers, and real estate developers.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Knowledge of materials, joinery techniques, and furniture trends (preferred).
