Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Execution:
• Present, promote, and sell properties to potential clients using strong persuasion techniques.
• Conduct site visits and property tours to showcase available units.
• Develop customized sales proposals based on client needs.
• Lead Generation & Management:
• Identify and approach potential buyers through networking, referrals, advertisements, and online platforms.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective clients.
• Manage and update the customer database (CRM) with relevant details about leads and opportunities.
• Relationship Building:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Act as a point of contact for customer concerns or queries before and after the sale.
• Market Research & Analysis:
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
• Provide insights on customer preferences and market demands to inform marketing and development strategies.
• Documentation and Compliance:
• Assist clients in completing purchase agreements, contracts, and other relevant documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies during the sales process.
• Achieving Targets:
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Contribute to team sales objectives through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulatory framework.
