As we continue to expand our portfolio and strengthen our presence in the region, we are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team.

Position Overview:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and cultivating long-term relationships within the hotel and hospitality industry. This role requires a strategic and proactive individual with deep industry knowledge and a proven track record in sales, partnerships, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Growth & Strategy: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hotel and hospitality sector, including new hotels, resorts, and service providers.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the Dubai hospitality market.
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel owners, operators, and suppliers. Develop customized solutions to meet clients' needs.
• Sales & Negotiation: Lead sales initiatives, including pitching proposals, negotiating contracts, and securing partnerships. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives.
• Brand Promotion: Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Act as a brand ambassador to enhance the company's visibility and reputation in the market.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives and client satisfaction.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and outcomes. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the hotel and hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai hotel and hospitality market, with a deep network of industry contacts.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think strategically.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
• UAE driving license and the ability to travel as required.
