Business Development Manager - Dubai
Company Overview: Mr. Alfred is an all-in-one property management system (PMS) designed to optimize vacation rental operations. Our platform enables property managers to automate tasks, reduce operational costs, and increase revenue through features like price optimization, task management, and multi-channel distribution.
Position: Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Mr. Alfred's presence in the Dubai vacation rental market.
• Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract and onboard property managers and vacation rental owners to the Mr. Alfred platform.
• Partnership Development: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate agencies, property developers, and other potential partners.
• Revenue Growth: Collaborate with the revenue management team to develop pricing strategies that maximize client profitability.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and business development activities.
Qualifications:
Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the software, real estate, or hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in software sales, particularly SaaS platforms, with a strong understanding of the sales lifecycle and client onboarding.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Skills:
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate and vacation rental market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation Package:
• Salary: AED 6,000 per month
• Commission: 10% sales commission on all successful deals
