Key Responsibilities:
Collect, filter, and consolidate incoming emails from clients, prospects, and external stakeholders.
Categorize and prioritize emails based on urgency, relevance, and potential business opportunities.
Ensure timely response or forwarding of critical emails to the appropriate team members.
Manage email inboxes to ensure no important communication is missed.
Draft and respond to initial emails on behalf of the business development team or management.
Maintain professional and clear communication in both external and internal email exchanges.
Ensure smooth follow-up on client inquiries, providing necessary information and updates.
Identify potential leads and business opportunities from client and partner communications.
Qualify leads based on specific criteria and forward promising opportunities to the business development team.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communication history.
Update CRM systems with relevant client communication details.
Track the status of client inquiries and follow-ups to ensure timely response and resolution.
Assist in gathering market insights, trends, and competitive intelligence from client communications.
Support the team in identifying areas for business expansion and improvement based on email interactions.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and project management teams to ensure alignment in business development efforts.
Participate in team meetings to provide updates on client communication trends and opportunities.
Prepare weekly or monthly reports on email trends, communication volume, and key client interactions.
Analyze data to provide insights into the effectiveness of client communication strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
3-5 years of experience in business development, sales support, or a similar role, with a focus on email communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, email management tools, and CRM software.
Excellent in Zoho CRM system
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional and persuasive emails.
Strong attention to detail in organizing and managing a large volume of emails and client communications.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to identify issues in communication flows and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
