Business Development Executive
Job Description
To strengthen our foothold in the market, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition, foster relationships, and expand our portfolio of recruitment solutions.
Salary: AED5,000 - 10,000 + Generous commission!!
Requirement:-
MUST be bilingual (Arabic preferred)
Candidate should have knowledge of the UAE Labor Law.
Prior relevant experience in Business Development.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Revenue Growth & Strategic Planning
Well versed in excel.
Networking & Brand Representation
Team Collaboration & Reporting
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Human Resources, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the recruitment or manpower solutions industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and workforce trends across entry to senior-level positions.
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
